combination of kitffo, and firfir mixed with
Ethiopian spice.

Tender lean beef cubed and tossed in a
combination of Ethiopian spices in clarified
butter. Served raw.
Yebere Tibis
Tender Beef marinated in a special blend of
Ethiopian spices and herbs.
