Liver, tripe minced lean lamb mixed with butter and hot mitmita.


Freshly minced very lean beef mixed with mitmita and butter. Kitfo is traditionally served raw like steak tartar or very rare like lebleb. The butter is enhanced with a  special herb called Koseret that gives distinct flavor.                     


Qwanta Fir Fir

Strips of beef served with extra spicy berebere or awaza Mixed with Injerra.



A combination of kitffo, and firfir mixed with Ethiopian spice.


Gored –Gored

Tender lean beef cubed and tossed in a combination of Ethiopian spices in clarified butter. Served raw.                                             


Yebere Tibis

Tender Beef marinated in a special blend of Ethiopian spices and herbs.

A combination of Veggie and meat of all kind.



Abyssinia Yebeg Tibis

One of the wonders of Abyssinia. Lamb marinated in a special blend of spices and herbs. A surprise meal.

Yebeg- ybere Kikel

A mild stew of diced and on the bone lamb.



A hearty spicy stew made from fresh chicken and sautéed red onions, seasoned with chili pepper and flavored with garlic, ginger and various Ethiopian herbs. Doro wot has a boiled eggs in it.  Signature of Ethiopia.     


Doro Tibis

 Sautéed with spiced butter, garlic, Green pepper, served with injera



Pieces of Injera soaked in Doro wat and Yogurt.


Vegetarian Platter

 A combination of split peas, lentil, chick peas, cabbage, collard green and vegetables. 


Kik Wat

Steamed Peas with onion, seasoned with garlic and ginger. Served with injera


Yemiser Wat

Split green lentil in red pepper sauce, seasoned with assorted spices
